Kody

Kody Kowalowski started his CrossFit journey as a New Year's resolution in 2013 and never looked back.  In that same year, he completed his Level 1 Trainer course and began learning to coach in Ohio. In 2014, he opened ATK CrossFit in Florida  where his passion for CrossFit and training grew.  Through his decade of CrossFit experience, he has taken classes for weightlifting from Olympic athletes, powerlifting classes, various gymnastic style classes, CrossFit Kettlebell course, and the Invictus Training Camp. All of these experiences have developed him into a well-rounded Coach and Master's Athlete. In his off time, he enjoys gardening, learning about off-grid living, and hanging with his family.

Adam

Adam LaBarre is a CF-L1 and has been doing CrossFit since 2009. Once college sports ended, going to the "gym" became less and less motivating. Finding CrossFit brought back the excitement of going to the gym, along with an amazing community to enjoy working out with. In addition to CF-L1, Adam also holds certifications in CF-endurance, CF-striking, and CF Strongman. Adam loves teaching and coaching, and is energized to help grow the community in any way he can.

Gaby

Gabrielle Weis is a CF-L1 trainer and has been training in CrossFit since 2021. Gabrielle played varsity volleyball for 4 years and 2 years in college. She has always had a passion for health and fitness. Prior to CrossFit she did a lot of HIIT and strength training. upon joining Unbroken Athletics, she knew this style of training was what she'd been missing. CrossFit offers so much diversity and fun in functional training for everyday life. Gaby loves helping people which is another reason she enjoys being part of the CrossFit community. Gaby works as a Registered Nurse, and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, or doing anything outdoors!

Jerome

Jerome Pabulayan is a CF-L1 trainer and has been doing CrossFit since 2022. He is a Shenendehowa graduate where he played volleyball and ran track and field. He continued his track and field career at SUNY Oneonta where he developed a passion for the gym and high intensity training. Jerome is a practicing Physical Therapist in Burnt Hills and loves helping people move well and achieve their goals in the clinic and the gym. Jerome loves the sense of community that Crossfit provides and is eager to help people improve themselves. Outside of the gym, Jerome spends his time playing disc golf, hiking, and being with his friends and family.

Tom

Tom Schin is a CF-L1 trainer and joined our CrossFit community in 2021. He’s always been a sports fan, a lifelong tennis player, and recently took up golf. In 2016 some family health concerns motivated him to get healthy. He started with HIIT work and eventually found his way to Unbroken Athletics and hasn’t looked back. Tom loves helping others with motivation and technique and always comes with the highest level of energy each and every day. He works as Learning & Development consultant and enjoys sharing laughs, games, and joy with his family and friends.
